Located in Freiburg/Germany, PFIZER'S researching pharmaceutical factory successfully converted their character-based Pathway application into a modern, ergonomic and web-based user interface.

More than 600 screens of all applications involved with production were converted within 25 days only, starting from access and production control and the provision of resources - like active agents and packaging material - up to waste management and the shipment of the final products.

The new user interface was created by comForte's professional services team with only little effort involved for the Pfizer team.

The benefit of the new solution is not only seen in notedly increased acceptance by the users, but also in reduced training time and training costs for new employees and temporary workers, as well as in reduced administration effort due to the advantages of modern browser technology.
