comForte offers 24x7 Support

Apart from standard technical support covering normal office hours, comForte now optionally offers extended 24x7 support services. The 24x7 support option covers:

  • 24 by 7 by 365 hotline and email services for emergency problem reporting,
  • 4 hours maximum reaction time for a support analyst to answer an emergency support request and to start analysis of the problem, and
  • problem resolution or provision of a suitable workaround during off-office hours.
